I always dream of a white Christmas, and this year we were blessed with very beautiful, snow-covered ground on Christmas Eve. I’m not sure what the statistics are for having snow on Christmas in Missouri, but I was extremely excited when I awoke to the beauty surrounding us, because it doesn’t happen that often. Last year at this time, I was preparing to go on a cow elk hunt in Utah with Terri Lee Pocernich, but this January I’m heading to the white sandy beaches of Belize for the wedding of two very special people in my life.
