Rockford, Ill., policewoman Sara Ahrens will appear in season 3 of the popular History Channel’s Top Shot on Aug. 9, at 9 p.m. CDT. Sara, a freelance writer that also blogs here at the Women’s Outdoor News in an Otis Technology-sponsored blog titled OffBeat, takes her former SWAT team skills and puts them to the test — vying for the title of Top Shot among 15 other competitors.
