We’re about to make you an offer you can’t refuse … This week’s Father’s Day giveaway comes to us compliments of Flashbang Holsters new Prohibition series of holsters and belts for men.

Father's Day prize package courtesy of Flashbang Holsters includes The Capone holster, Alcatraz belt and Prohibition t-shirt.

Father’s Day prize package courtesy of Flashbang Holsters includes The Capone holster, Alcatraz belt and Prohibition t-shirt.

Capone
Public Enemy No. 1 … the most notorious holster in the Prohibition Series. The Capone is the ultimate in concealment and comfort. It features a soft leather back piece that tucks smoothly inside the waistband, and a thermoplastic fitted front to conform perfectly to your firearm. The thing that makes the Capone so keen, is the cut-down back piece. It’s not only that the black suede liner feels great against your skin and helps keep the holster in place, but the size of the back piece allows the holster to be worn in the popular appendix carry position. The heavy duty clips allow the holster to stay in place with or without a belt, and are adjustable for up to NINE different cant/depth combinations. The signature pinstripe stitch gives this holster a serious touch of class, and comes in your choice of red or blue on this sleek black holster. $59.99 retail
"We know people ..." Thanks to Flashbang Holsters for providing the goods for this giveaway.

Alcatraz
This holster belt is constructed with a layer of plastic sandwiched between two layers of leather that are 1.5” wide and not much thicker than a standard pants belt. When you carry a gun on the Alcatraz, you’ll notice right away that the grip of the gun stays in nice and close to your body. You’ll also notice that you don’t feel the weight of your gun dragging down or moving independently of you — this equates to a huge difference in comfort level throughout the day. Because Alcatraz doesn’t flex as you draw, it also means that your gun will come free of the holster more quickly, resulting in a faster draw time. Available in a smooth black finish (premium USA cowhide) with a subtle blue stitch or a vibrant red one. When it’s time to “lock down” your gear, look no further than Alcatraz! $64.99 retail
Lock down your "piece" with the Alcatraz holster belt.

Prohibition tee-shirt
Super soft 100-percent cotton t-shirt by Next Level Apparel. Show off your guns (not literally) with this athletic-cut shirt highlighting the Prohibition Series logo. $19.99 retail
Have your people call our people, then leave us your comment below and tell us why you think your dad (or you) deserves this prize package.

My husband deserves to win this because he is such an amazing father to our boys as well as provider/protector of us all!

  • Rebecca says: June 13, 2013 at 3:47 pm

My Dad is the person who took the responsibility to teach me gun safety, how to shoot, and took me hunting. He continues to be my biggest supporter in the hobbies I pursue and the causes I work for (1MMAGC, Inc.).
I would love to give him everything he deserves for everything he has done for me, and this would be a fantastic start on that!
    Thank you for the opportunity!

I’m a father of twins and I’ve assisted three women who found themselves in threatening circumstances. A woman being assaulted in a Houston parking garage, my sister-in-law who’s stalker ex-husband with restraining order, showed up on her doorstep, and a young lady who just wanted to get her stuff out of her apartment after a breakup. The latter was most interesting in that I was wearing my full length coat and fedora. A cigar added a nice “Chicago family” touch. In none of these situations did I have to discharge my weapon or even draw it. Be real nice to have a rig like this for father’s day. I actually use and wear this stuff…won’t sit mildewing in a closet.

My “Chicago / Capone” photo is at…

My husband is a LEO and a super awesome dad. I would love to win this for him since he works so hard to provide for us!

  • Jackie says: June 13, 2013 at 2:27 am

My husband is an amazing father for our little girls. He works extremely hard and does so much around the house to make sure they are happy and safe. He loves to make them laugh! I would love for him to win something like this – he deserves it! I was struggling for the perfect gift idea for him; I know this would be wonderful!

  • Schmidty says: June 13, 2013 at 12:02 am

It would be a pleasure and comfort to own such a fine holster.

I would love to win this for my Papaw. He recently left to visit my uncle in Arkansas to go on the Muscle car Power Tour. He started feeling bad and was rushed to the ER. Turns out his kidneys are failing now. He also is going to have to have open heart surgery. They found out about his heart valve problem and blocked arteries. These were issues he wasn’t aware he had, so in all honesty it’s a good thing they found the problem now because if they hadn’t it might of been too late. Right now they are trying to fix his kidneys first because he has to have an Angiogram before they can do surgery on his heart and he can’t have one done until his kidneys are functioning properly. He unfortunately has to stay in Arkansas during all of this. I haven’t had the money to get him a Fathers Day gift because I am unemployed and help take care of my disabled mother. My papaw just wears his Glock 19 in a make shift type holster he literally made himself. This gift would be perfect for him! He needs a sturdy holster!! Should he ever be in a position where he would have to use his firearm in self defense I am worried that he may not be quick enough on the draw because he won’t know what angle his firearm is at!! This would be a GREAT Fathers Day gift for him and I know it would help to boost his spirits!!!

  • BeckyA says: June 12, 2013 at 9:54 pm

My husband would love this for father’s day! We sadly do not have enough money to get him a father’s day gift so we were planning on making him a homemade one. Winning this would be a huge blessing to him!

  • Andrea McElroy says: June 12, 2013 at 9:46 pm

My husband would love this, but I am kinda jealous myself that Capone holster is badass.Fingers crossed 😉

  • Deanna Goodlet says: June 12, 2013 at 9:39 pm

I think my dad, who was in the USMC and is 71 is very deserving of this holster. He lost my mother six years ago and has moved in with me. Together we share a house and have a love of shooting. We each got our CHLs and love to carry our guns. We have a variety of guns that we take to the range.
This would be the perfect surprise for my dad who served his country for many years and his wife for 47 years before she passed away and he visits her grave weekly with flowers for the past six years.
I love and admire my dad. I hope you choose him!

  • Jan Nash says: June 12, 2013 at 9:37 pm

This would be Awesome to win for myself r for him. I would also do some Major advertising for You! Waiting to hear!

  • Brandee Spohr says: June 12, 2013 at 9:29 pm

Our protector and guardian, my husband, would like any of the three above. He deserves it as the leader of our home. He makes sure the children respect every gun in our home. He allows them to shoot at an early age so that they can feel the power a gun has. He teaches them the golden rules of gun safety. He takes each one hunting, so that they can see an animal go from nature to the table. He practices with his weapon so that he will be on guard and ready should the need arise. Our protector and guardian, John.

  • Melissa says: June 12, 2013 at 9:02 pm

I would love to win this for my honey for Father’s Day. We recently got our CCW licenses and he doesn’t have a holster yet. And then again, he hasn’t picked out a gun yet, he’s still doing the research and firing different ones. So, he’s picky. And I want the best for him.

  • Sheryl says: June 12, 2013 at 8:57 pm

I would love to win this for my Dad. We started shooting together when I was just 7 years old. This is something we did together that shaped our relationship. I’m 38 years old now and he means the world to me. I know he would love this!

  • Jamie Lindstrom says: June 12, 2013 at 8:54 pm

I am so glad that they made a mens’ line! I was looking through their site and trying to come up with ideas to present to our range to order and was reminded of the men’s holsters and think I will present them to the range as well. 🙂 Only the best.

  • Jeanette Thompson says: June 12, 2013 at 6:43 pm

I think my husband would really enjoy this. What is a girl supposed to get the guy she has been married to for 35 years?

  • Dan Kidder says: June 12, 2013 at 1:16 pm

I don’t have any kids so I won’t get a present for Father’s Day. My cats and dog are selfish like that plus, I won’t let them have credit cards.

  • Kelly in PA says: June 12, 2013 at 12:28 pm

I’d love my hubby to have a nice IWB holster like this one. He does not have any holsters.

  • peggy says: June 12, 2013 at 11:26 am

A good freind of mine is an amazing father, when his wife left he gave up all his dreams to be a single father to a child with Special needs, I’m a good mother but he is amazing.

  • Cole says: June 12, 2013 at 11:13 am

Why does my father deserve this? Simple! He has instilled in me the proper safety, knowledge and experiences with shooting. This has allowed me to pass on the same qualities to friends, families, clients and customers. His influence over me may have already shaped thousands of lives.

  • Barry Dallmann says: June 12, 2013 at 10:55 am

    I don’t deserve it, I just want it. 🙂

  • Stacy Bright says: June 12, 2013 at 10:46 am

This would be fantastic for my hubby!!

  • Audrey says: June 12, 2013 at 10:42 am

My husband became a father young, he didn’t get the chance to be have the freedom most teens and young adults do, but he never complained or became bitter. He stepped up to the plate and took care of our 2 kids and I, he even went to college while he worked and now he has a great job that will support us for the rest of our lives. I think my husband deserves this because he’s the best father to our 2 kids, he’s patient, loving, firm, hard working and he’s the kind of dad any kid would want.

  • Alexandra Kesler says: June 12, 2013 at 10:33 am

My husband has taken me from afraid to be alone to confident that I can protect myself and our three young girls. We just had our third daughter three weeks ago, and I would love to show him my appreciation for all he is to us with this gift. Not to mention, my birthday is Father’s Day weekend, just about every year, and he always says he doesn’t want to do anything for father’s day becasue my birthday is more important. Without my birth, we wouldn’t have our children, so there would be nothing to celebrate. He is wonderful, and selfless, and I am so thankful for him.

  • Michele C says: June 12, 2013 at 10:21 am

I have an outstanding son in law and would like to nominate him for the giveaway. My Dad was a gun owner and would’ve loved this collection, but he unfortunately has passed, Good husbands are hard to attain and my daughter has been blessed richly with a good spouse, caring father to their new son and overall best friend. This is a pretty keen giveaway, too!

  • Staci says: June 12, 2013 at 10:09 am

I would love to be able to win the Father’s Day giveaway to be able to give it to my husband. He is a very loyal husband and a great father to our two wonderful kids. He is a gun enthusiast and has his concealed carry permit. His holster is old and it is not comfortable for him anymore and he could really use a new one because he likes to be able to protect the family when we are out and about. He works really hard and loves and cares for our family and I would like for him to be able to keep protecting us not only at home but out in the community as well.

  • Katie Marks says: June 12, 2013 at 10:02 am

He deserves to win because he’s an awesome father, is amazing with my girls, would do anything to protect us, and when he saw the Prohibition series announced, he said, “I gotta get one!”

  • Stephanie B. says: June 12, 2013 at 9:58 am

My husband would love this! He’s been jealous of my Flashbang AVA since he got it for me for my birthday!!

  • Melissa says: June 12, 2013 at 9:53 am

Well I don’t have a great relationship with my dad, so this would be for my husband

    And I couldn’t think of a Better gift..thank you.

This is be a wonder pick me up for my father it will be a week from the anniversary of him and my step mother. We lost my step mother last year in a car wreck in which my father was driving. It has been so hard on him my mother died in 1996 from natural causes then to lose another wife has almost killed him. This would be a wonder father’s day and pick me up since he has just started to carry. Like everyone else I think my father is the best!! Thanks and good luck to who ever wins

We are holding my fathers internment this Friday at the Northern California Veterans Cemetary. Sunday will be our first fathers day without him. I am going shooting with my boys that day in his memory.

  • Julie M says: June 12, 2013 at 9:38 am

The best part of Father’s Day is my husband, who is the best father to our teenage children. He has taught them not only about gun safety, but also gun use. They are better at loading and using guns than I am. He takes gun ownership very seriously and I would love to win this for him to show my appreciation for all he does.

  • Jennifer Morris says: June 12, 2013 at 9:19 am

I would really like to win one of these for my dad! He is so PRO AMERICAN!! Down deep!! And he is always saying how he would like a holster like these. He is my hero and I love him so much! Thanks!!

  • Holly M. says: June 12, 2013 at 9:00 am

My father is very special to me. As an adult I have always tried to show him how much I appreciate and now understand just exactly what he and my mom did for me and my biological brother. Sometimes children are born and sometimes children are given to families as gifts. I was given the gift of two sets of parents. When I was just nine and my little brother was only five weeks old our biological mother passed away from stage 4 gynecological cancer. Our biological father lost it and could not be there for two small children. My uncle had made a promise to my mother before she died that he would always take care of us but he has done so much more than that. He has truly become my father. He has been there through all my accomplishments and failures, gotten me help when I needed it to get over the loss of my mother, always given me advice, made sure that I never went without, and just accepted me as his from day one. I never felt like I was different or less than his biological children, my little brother and myself were always introduced as their children. He is everything a father should be and more. Now that he is getting older I have made a special promise to myself that I will take care of him when he needs it just as well or better than what he did for us. That is what families do and my father taught me that.

That is why he deserves to win.
    Thank you 🙂

My amazing husband swept me off of my feet 30 years ago and we were married 4 weeks and 2 days after we met! I had a 3 year old son that immediately fell in love with Franklin. My mom was the only person that did not think I had lost my mind when we were married. Franklin (aka as Lucky because he is accident prone and still alive) is a loving Christian husband and father of 2 and grandfather of 4 boys. He has only recently received his CHL and would love to have a belt and holster for his S&W M&P Shield I recently tracked down for him for our 30th wedding anniversary.

    Here’s to hoping!
