Kylie Vess Named Assistant Editor of ‘NRA Family Insights’

NRA Family InSights is pleased to announce the latest addition to our family: Assistant Editor Kylie Vess. Vess graduated from George Mason University in 2012 and since has held a variety of jobs. She has found her niche, however, working in the publications field as an editorial assistant for the past two years, and joining the NRA Publications team as an Editorial Assistant in November of 2014.

Although Vess’s introduction to the shooting sports is recent, she’s developed an active interest in firearms, having completed her NRA Basic Pistol course in March of this year. When not shooting or editing, Kylie may be seen hiking, traveling, reading or pursuing musical interests. Kylie volunteers for the Department of Nutrition at the National Zoo and the Aldie, Virginia, animal shelter, Friends of Homeless Animals.
