If you’re in the Kansas City area this weekend, please stop by the women’s department at Cabela’s and say hi to Prois Hunting and Field Apparel Pro Staffer Barbara Baird. Barb will be there from noon till 5 p.m. on Sat., Aug. 20, and noon till 4 p.m. on Sun., Aug. 21. She’ll be discussing “Outfitting the Female Hunter,” using pieces of hunting apparel from Prois Hunting and Field Apparel. Barb, an NRA-certified pistol instructor and avid huntress will be delighted to talk to you about your hunting and shooting experiences and plans for the coming fall season. She also will discuss trends in the women’s hunting world.
