For women 21 and older, a weekend of duck hunting on 11-11-11 — hosted by Delta Waterfowl and California Waterfowl and featuring the follwoing:
The event starts at the Red Bank Outfitters in Red Bluff and culminates in mentored hunts for each participant at private clubs throughout the Sacramento Valley.
Space is limited to 25 participants. Cost is $175 and includes two nights’ accommodations, meals and one-year membership in Delta Waterfowl. Participants need to provide their own gear. Information is at deltawaterfowl.org/california. The deadline to sign up is Oct. 7.
