Women’s Ice Fishing 101 Class in Wisconsin

From WIwomenfish.com … We teach you how to ice fish. In this class, you will learn about ice safety, how to start and run a power auger, learn to set up a portable shack, set tips ups, use a jig rod, fish with live and artificial bait, how to use electronics, view life under the ice with the underwater camera and more. The instructors for this class are women and all the equipment is provided.

Class will be held Jan. 15, 2012, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Crooked Lake, near Oxford, Wis.
