This would be a great gift for my mom! She got her first gun for Christmas and has just applied for her CCW permit. She has been watching hundreds of YouTube videos for holster reviews, and decided the Ava would be perfect for her. When she went to order one, they didn’t have one for her gun.
For Mother’s Day she went and put a smaller gun on layaway, and she double-checked before she picked it out to be sure that they make this holster for it (a Diamondback DB9). It would be awesome to be able to give this to her for Mother’s Day!

My momma really does deserve this and so much more. She struggled to raise us and went without so that we could have what we needed. She is a hillbilly girl but even more important she gave me my first gun and almost every other one since then. She does not do computers at all but saw a Flashbang add and went crazy over them. She is patient and kind and would give you the shirt off her back if you wanted it. There is nobody in this world I love more because she risked her very life to have me and I was not a healthy child. She spends most of her time helping others such as helping with their lawns, animals ect she loves people and never met a stranger but will fiercely protect her own. My mom is the best.
I am entering this drawing in my Mom’s spirit. When she was diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer, one of the first things she did was to buy me a Glock 19. She wanted to make sure I had protection. We took certification and safety classes together and went target shooting often. She passed away 4 years ago this May 23. I miss her like crazy andam so thankful for everything she taught me.
I got my Conceal Carry license just yesterday, so I am totally legal now. Woohoo! I have a Ruger .380 LCP that came with a waistband holster where the gun just slips in. Well, let me tell you what I learned. When going to the potty, take the gun out of the holster before pulling down the pants. I didn’t and when I went to sit down the gun fell clear out of the holster on the floor. It scared the wajeebies out of me. Now if I had a Flashbang inside the waistband holster that is molded and the gun snaps into, this would not have happened. That peace of mind is priceless.

My Mom had had it rough, raising 3 kids on her own. She finally has all her ducks in a row, recently got her motorcycle license and is also working on her concealed carry permit. My Mom doesn’t shoot although I am taking her shooting next year when she comes here for my graduation. She is afraid of guns (at the moment). But as a good Mom – she is proud of her daughter who loves guns and got her concealed carry permit. That is why I love her so much. Although the holster would go to me, she would still love the shirt and belt. 🙂 It is always a struggle to find ways to carry that don’t print. I often carry in my concealed carry purse but feel much better if I can carry it on my person. Plus – I live in Colorado – sometimes it doesn’t make sense to bring a purse. I have recently received my concealed carry license. I have encouraged my son’s interest in firearms and he is currently studying different weaponry through history and will present a poster on what he’s learned at the end of the summer. He has enjoyed going shooting with my dad, brother, husband and I. We have always taught him safety and he has ultimate respect for firearms. He also doesn’t have the misguided opinion that “guns are for guys”. He thinks I’m a pretty cool mom with my purple glitter backstrap (Brilliant Backstraps is awesome!) M&P compact 9mm.

I am a substitute Teacher at a private school. I have been talking to my husband for months now in getting a Flash Bang Holster when I go to work. I always say Safety First, and when young children are involved it is very important. I have a 26 year old and a 6 year old. The oldest carries, and my husband and I teach both of our girls the safety in having and being around guns. My dear mother is long gone, but I am the mother of two wonderful adult daughters. I am also an attorney practicing family law, one of the most dangerous areas of the law to practice. I decided after a deadly shooting at our church in July of 2008 that I needed to be armed. If you are not safe in your own church, where can you be safe?
I got my Tennessee Handgun Carry permit in January, 2009. Since then I have become an instructor at my friend’s school here in Knoxville, Shooting for Women University. I have had the opportunity to work with many wonderful women, each with her own story.

I am the proud mommy to 7 wonderful children. I carry concealed, mainly because of my children. I have wanted to try one your belts and the AVA for a while now. The AVA, mainly because you can wear it in the front, where I prefer to carry concealed. I have a special needs son that prefers to be carried so it isn’t always easy to have the gun on my hip when you have a 55 pound boy sitting on it. I have the Betty holster and do love it. My mom deserves this so much. She is such a strong woman who doesn’t get the thanks she deserves! My dad recently had a heart attack and Mom has had to pick up the slack and not only take care of the stuff she normally does, but she now has to carry his burdens as well. She is a strong woman, but knowiing she is safely carrying her Beretta concealed within easy reach would help me worry less.

I am so proud of my wife of 32 years, and the mother of our 29-year-old daughter. Not only does she work full-time, excelling at her job, but is going to college full-time (and recently inducted into Phi Theta Kappa, with a 3.9+ GPA), achieving the degree that she has dreamed of for years. But to the point here, she understands the need to take personal responsibility for her safety, and despite having no previous exposure to guns, has taken to gun ownership and shooting like the proverbial duck to water. She has done her homework and class work, and has obtained her CPL (that’s what a concealed carry permit is called in Michigan), and is committed to being a good citizen and carrying 24/7. But it doesn’t stop there, as she knows that with the right comes responsibility, and as such, she knows her weapon inside and out, and practices regularly. I am a lucky guy to have this beautiful woman for my wife, and the mother of our daughter.
This mother’s day is going to be a hard one. I just lost my mom on April 15th to lung cancer. She was only 50. Since then, I’ve stopped smoking because I don’t want my 5 kids to lose me the same way. I’ve also committed myself to being the best mom (and stepmom) I can be. I haven’t been able to talk about this to anyone, not even my husband knows exactly so thanks for letting me vent. Hi, my name is Debbie and I am a 42 year old widowed mother of 4 young children. my husband, a retired officer of the NYPD was killed in the line of duty in 2011 while working for the Deot of transportation here in Tennessee. he was 49. After his death I decided to get my concealed carry permit, because being a single woman, with young children, and living in the sticks, personal protection is your own responsibility. Holsters that are ‘mom friendly’ are basically non exsistent until Flashbang. It has made moms like me able to carry safely, especially around children. My wife is the best mother and wife a person could be. I call her Annie Oakley! her favorite things to do is shoot her gun and cook. I work around a hundred hours a week and she is always there for me when I get frustrated or the kids are acting crazy. She never misses a step. She would absolutely love this gift! The kids and I always have a hard time picking her out anything and I know she would never expect this and she would love it! Her bday was on May 2 and we got her some baking pans. I am a mother of one and devoted wife. One and a half year ago my mother in law passed away and I had to begin taking care of a 73 year old man and a 68 year old man that has never done anything on their own. Not 7 months later my husbands grandmother passed away. I work 40 hours a week at a Gun and Pawn shop, take care of my family and help my newly divorced brother in law take care of his kids. I’d love to win this prize. As a single mom of 2 little boys I carry every where I go. I don’t feel safe carrying in my purse with the boys and lets face it, all the other holsters are just ugly. I have an Ava for my p938 and I love it. I wouldn’t mind having one for my XDSC 9mm as well. And I would really like to have one of those belts and the shirt. The kids spend a lot more time with me than with their dad, so I gotta protect them. 😉

I would LOVE to win this for myself actually. I’m a mother of two boys and a huntress. I always carry concealed but in my purse. I have been wanting to try one of your holsters for quite some time, especially when I’m hiking in the woods or even jogging with my kids in the stroller. As of now I just put a gun in my stroller. Since my kids are too young to enter for me I’m doing it for myself!

I would like to enter this to win for my daughter that is a very good mother, wife & daughter. Her family is very important to her, and so is protecting them. My daughter is a very responsible woman, & upholding citizen. i think she would really benefit from this giveaway, and it would be very useful to her.
My daughter respects guns, and does not misuse them. And she stays within what rules the laws carry.
My daughter is the type who doesn’t ask for anything for herself, she rather make sure that her family has what they need first before she places her needs., as she places her family needs before hers and does without. I am a home health RN and CHL holder. I use Lisa’s holder that fits under the bra. With patient lifting and assisting to different positions that is not always the best place for a concealed weapon, no matter how loose I wear my scrubs it ends up imprinting the outline. My carry firearm often ends up in front pocket of my computer bag or side pocket on the door of the vehicle or in the purse. I would love to be blessed with the awesome t-shirt and belt holster so I can carry similar to my husband’s. I have tried many of his holders and cant get them to fit well with the curvy figure of the female body without poking into the hips.
I lost my mother 10 years ago, but I’d love to my daughter. She has a 4 yr old and a 1 month old. This would be a perfect fit for her to be able to carry.
This is the most amazing holster. I travel at night with my daughter and want the ease and convenience. I can protect myself and her and still dress nice!

Would it be strange to give this to my daughter for Mother’s Day? (Gift from Mother Day – lol) She is a beginner carrier, I’ve had her shooting since she was 10 or 11, and how that she is grown, she’s finding her own path in shooting sports. It would be great to have wonderful options for carrying her first pistol! She’s a hard-working professional carpenter and I’m very proud of the woman she’s grown into.
I still haven’t found the perfect holster yet. I hate that I have to buy them before I try them and it is getting expensive. My desire is to be able to carry everyday but I havent found a holster that allows me to do so. The belt is gorgeous and femenine and who couldn’t use a pretty purple t-shirt to tell the world about your great products.
I would absolutely love this I have already taken my permit to carry course but cannot get my actual permit until a couple of months. I have been looking forward to this for years! All the gals around here are just starting to carry and I cannot find anything that is even semi close to something for women or that is a combo. My mom DEFINITELY deserves this. She’s a mother of five and most of us give her a TON of headaches and stress (sorry, Mom), yet she still loves us and puts up with us every day, lol. My Mom would never carry either so this would all be for me! Love the purple shirt and have heard great things about the Ava. And I could certainly use a new belt. Hubby & I just took & passed the CHL class Sat; haven’t done the state app yet; have to get the money together. Have been looking at CC options for women and this looks like a great place to start!
First of all I would like to thank you for having an opportunity to win this wonderful giveaway! As a mom of two, I’m writing for myself on behalf of my children. I have a daughter and son that means the world to me. I’m not a slim woman but I’m working on it. With that said, it’s hard to CC without printing in my clothes. And men’s holsters just don’t sit right with me. With the warmer weather coming up, it might be impossible to CC on my person. I don’t like the idea of CC in a purse. I want to be able to defend my children and myself. Here are a few things my kids said to write: from my daughter: ” My mom is the best and I think my mom should win this to help keep us safe.” and one from my son: “My mom likes shooting and needs something to hold her gun.” Again thank you for a chance to participate in this generous giveaway!

I would love to have this for myself. Between trying to start up a chapter of A Girl & A Gun Women’s Shooting League in South Texas (a first in this area) and trying to promote my book sales, I have had no time or extra funds for anything for me. I purse carry and wish I could have a comfortable holster for body carry. My son is working now, but like most mechanics, there’s always another project they have to work on. I am a mom of two who regularly travels all over for livestock shows with my kids. I often have to leave my handgun in the truck because I do not have a way to conceal my gun while still working on cattle. The Ava holster looks like a great option!

I’m not only a mother of two, but am a professional real estate photographer – which means I’m in houses I’m not familiar with 5 days a week – 3 to 4 times a day. I currently only have one holster, which is not always versatile with what I’m wearing. This would be perfect!!

I would love to have this. I’ve been carrying for several years but have yet to find a belt holster combination that allows me to carry consistently. Often times I end up with it in my purse.:-( I feel as though I’ll have to buy all styles before finding the “one” and financially that’s not possible so winning this would really help!
