Casting for Recovery Highlights Fran McNeill in ‘Volunteer Spotlight’

Fran McNeill has been volunteering with Casting for Recovery (CfR) since 1998 working with multiple programs, and in the early years, with Casting for Recovery Canada. She brings over 25 years of social services experience, and has been involved on the national level training new teams. She is currently a Retreat Leader for CfR’s MontanaTrailhead Country program in Billings, MT. Fran herself is a 19-year breast cancer survivor and combines her personal experience, her professional skills and her love of fly fishing to benefit CfR.  She and her husband, Alex, live in Cameron, MT with the Madison River at their front door. Thank you for your years of dedication and service, Fran!
