Team Ruger Wins at the 2021 Gulf Coast IDPA Championship

Sturm, Ruger & Company, Inc. (NYSE: RGR) congratulates Team Ruger’s Randi Rogers for her High Lady win at this year’s Gulf Coast IDPA Championship held in Eagle Lake, TX. The match consisted of 12 challenging stages that required competitors to step up their speed and accuracy skills while on the move.

Rogers took the top ladies spot and second overall in the Enhanced Service Pistol (ESP) division with a final time of 165.69 shooting the Ruger Custom Shop® SR1911® Competition chambered in 9mm Luger.

“The Gulf Coast championship was an excellent match to start the season off,” said Rogers. “The stages had several different positions requiring quick and fluid movement. Even after shooting the SR1911 Competition for years, it remains pleasantly reliable and accurate.”
