California's Becoming An Outdoors-Woman Program Invites you to Join Them in 2011

My wish for you this Holiday Season is joy.  Joy doesn’t depend on circumstances.  It comes from within, lives in the heart.  Joy sees the good in others and wants the best for others.  Joy elevates.  Be joyful and sing and dance, and fish and hike and paddle, and love and hug and smile.  This is my wish for you.

To help you experience those things, we’ve posted the 2011 BOW schedule on the website at www.bowca.org. Take a look at what you want to do next year and register early. We will be singing, dancing, fishing, shooting, paddling, cooking, hiking, riding, navigating and all of those things that bring a smile to your face…with lots of hugs. The first clinic is a duck hunt, January 15 in Williams. There are only 10 spaces and will fill up very quickly. Hope to see you there.

A sincere thank you to all who worked so hard this year to bring about all of the outstanding workshops and trips. I am truly thankful for your support. It takes an entire team to produce quality outdoor skills training clinics. We are a fantastic team. Great job, everyone.

And, just a reminder that you still have about a week to send your tax-deductible donation to BOW. Please remember that we are sponsored by YOU. There are two ways to donate – on-line at www.bowca.org, just click on “Help BOW” and contribute through PayPal or send your check to BOW, CA, PO Box 1505, Cottonwood, CA 96022. We depend and rely on your contributions to continue to provide quality outdoor skills training to the women of California. We can’t continue without YOU. So, please, send us your donation TODAY.

I hope to see all of you at one of the BOW events in 2011. Be safe this Holiday Season, enjoy family and friends and experience true joy. ~Susan Herrgesell
