Sportsman's (or woman's) Condo blazes new trail with 'Scout'

West Point, MS. Southern Outdoor Technologies, “The Pioneer of Solid Blind Technology” and makers of the Sportsman’s Condo line of hunting blinds introduces their newest addition, The Scout.

Breakdown Blind

Built from rugged, all aluminum construction, the Scout weighs in at just 85 pounds. “We are extremely excited with this new blind” , said Mark Bernegger, designer of the Sportsman’s Condo line. “We have been working on a truly portable design for several years and I feel we now have a design we are proud to carry the Sportsman’s Condo name.”

The Scout’s features patent pending, Folding Panel Technology (FPT). The blind comes in three, prefabbed pieces, for ease of handling and portability. “For me, the really “cool” thing about this design is it can literally be set up and taken down in under 2 minutes. This blind allows the serious hunter to reach those out of the way, big buck holding locations, not normally accessible to the typical box blind”. commented Bernegger

The Scout is powder paint coated for years of maintenance free use. It measures 48″x48″x72″ with large, over sized windows, for maximum game spotting ability. “I also see the Scout as an easy replacement blind for an old rotten, wooden, box blind because of its ease of set-up. We wanted to design a blind that would meet our customers expectations for strength, and quality the Sportsman’s Condo name is know for. I think we succeeded” added Bernegger. The new Scout is also available in an insulated model.
