Perhaps taking a cue from the very popular DIVA … Women Outdoors Worldwide and Becoming an Outdoors-Woman, North Carolina models its Becoming an Outdoors Diva program for young women, age 12 to 17, in a free weeklong summer program at the Centennial Campus Center for Wildlife Education in Apex, N.C., from July 11 to July 15.
