The folks over at Shooting Sports USA have announced that they will be holding an annual cover photo contest. Here’s what they had to say:
We got a late start on this for 2013, but if it works out, we’ll make it an annual event. Please send us your favorite, high resolution (300 dpi or greater) photos of youth shooting sports, famous shooting athlete or shooters on-the-line (with eye and ear protection). Color photos are preferred and they must be vertically oriented to fit the cover format. We’ll consider all submissions and pick one for the December cover of Shooting Sports USA magazine. Professionals and amateurs may participate as long as reproduction rights are given to NRA and no compensation is expected, other than recognition among your peers and 100,000 readers.
