Here are a Few Things You Can Start with:

  1. Make sure you have renewed your fishing license. You can enjoy fishing from shore, or if you have a boat, make sure you have renewed your boat registration.
  2. Check and reorganize all of your fishing safety gear.
  3. Check your PFDs, make sure your boat registration paperwork is on board, and then also make sure that all of your fishing tackle and gear is organized and ready.
  4. Make sure that all of your fishing guides have been checked, replace the line on your fishing rods if needed, and double-check all of your drag systems.
