DIY Herbal Tea Recipe
Morgan’s herbal tea recipe.

Honestly, I’ve never been a tea fan. But I think it’s because I kept buying teas that I was ultimately unhappy with and didn’t provide me the benefits that I was looking for.

Recently, I wrote blog posts about alternatives to antivirals and alternatives to antibiotics and many of those items can be used with food or be made into an herbal, healing tea.

I was feeling under the weather with a sore throat and stuffy nose, so I decided to try an herbal tea of my own creation based off of the herbs mentioned in the above articles.

On the first day, I drank it right before bed and I felt 100x better in the morning. But by the end of the 1st day, I was feeling a little ‘bleh’ again. Not as bad as the first day, but bad enough. I drank the same tea again right before bed and when I woke the next day, I felt healthy. By the end of the second day, I wasn’t feeling terrible, but decided to drink it again. And in the morning, felt fantastic.

Mind you, I was skeptical before going into this, I really had no expectations about any miracle cures. I figured it might reduce symptoms, or might not, but not complete get rid of them!

I’m sold on this herbal tea. It’s my go-to when it comes to maintaining health and reducing cold and flu symptoms and to maintain health.

Herbal Tea Recipe:

Boil some water (around 1-2 cups, depending on how much you want to drink), add above ingredients to the water, mix up and let steep for around 10 minutes or so.
