Outdoor writer Stephanie Mallory has penned a wonderful, inspiring story about the Second Celebration Hunt for spring turkeys to honor wounded female veterans of the U.S. Armed Forces, held recently near Jackson, Mississippi. These ladies are simply amazing!

It was wonderful to read about the special hunt for our female woudned warriors. I have a friend who returned from Iraq with sever PTSD and she ahs repeatedly said to me , “The VA , the various groups, they just don’t know how to deal with women’s issues.”
