Stacey Huston’s primitive archery photos in Wall Street Journal

Outdoor photographer and contributor to The WON’s “Shoot to Thrill” section Stacey Huston recently spent time feral hog hunting in Texas with her husband and his friends, and a reporter from the Wall Street Journal. The topic? Primitive hunting. Stacey and her husband, Hawk, prefer this method of hunting. They have raised their children to hunt this way, too. Read Justin Scheck’s  “Armed With Stone-Tipped Arrows, Hunters Stalk Their Inner Cave Men.” Check out Stacey’s fine accompanying photos, including one of Hawk and their son, Tyler.

In WSJ, no less. It seems as though the mainstream press has cottoned to hunting in the past couple years. Interesting times…

Yes, and maybe people like you, Tovar, can give themselves small pats on the back? This blogging business … maybe it’s more than just a bunch of bloodthirsty nuts with computers?
